What we collect
- Submissions. If you submit a deal or report one, we store what you sent (restaurant name, deal text, optional email/name). We use a hashed form of your IP for spam and rate limiting — we never store the raw IP.
- Newsletter. If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email and the timestamp of your consent. Unsubscribe is one click and clears the row.
- Owners. If you claim a restaurant, we store your email and any evidence you upload (e.g. a domain-matched email).
- Analytics. If we enable Plausible, we get aggregate page-view counts. No cookies, no individual tracking, no fingerprinting.
What we don't do
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No selling email lists.
- No cross-site behavioral tracking.
